Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
pasta ( Macaroni 200g)
4 Tomatoes big size
2 Tbsps olive oil
200 g mushroom
to taste salt
1 tsp red chilli flakes
10 - 12 Olives Mixed pieces
50 g Mozzerella Cheese
10 g basil leaves
Instructions
Heat up 100ml of water in a pan and when water heats up add 4 tomatoes roughly chopped into the pan.
When tomatoes are cooked take them out of a pan and put the pan back on to the stove.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and add sliced mushrooms which have been washed and towel dried before.
Saute these mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and add the cooked tomatoes along with seasoning, red chilli flakes, capers, olives and give it a good stir.
Add pasta and 300ml water to the pan.
Let this mixture come to a boil and let the pasta cook till it is al dente.
Now when little bit water is still in the pan add grated cheese and baby tomatoes and cook further for 2-3 minutes.
Grated cheese along with the tomatoes makes a delicious sauce and coats the pasta beautifully.
Switch off the heat and serve this with little more cheese and shavings of parmesan cheese.
