Palak moongdal shorba recipe
take 1 cup of moongdal n soke for an hour
take cooker n add moongdal, 2 tbsp onian, 2 tbsp tometo, 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste, salt to taste,
1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala.
add 1 1/2 cup water n cook properly
now take a pan n add 2 tbsp ghee, curry leaves, cumin seeds.
add the moongdal mixture
add 4 cup of water
add1/2 cup finally chopped spinach n cover with a lid
after 5 mins,
add coriander leaves n serve hot
